LSE Archives: Government and politics

The archives of the LSE (London School of Economics and Political Science) cover modern British political, economic and social history from the mid 19th century to the present day. The government and politics collection contains election ephemera from British general elections from 1945 onwards; papers of politicians, civil servants and materials from the main political parties. Specialist areas include: the Fabian Society; Liberal Democrat Party, Independent Labour Party; Liberal Party and Tory Reform Group.
