  1. I agree 100%, and this presumption of guilt probably contributed to Megdal's access being pulled. And in reading some of the accounts the phrase "gut feel" is used. Well that's all good and fine for opinions but hardly something a judgement can be based on. Thanks for the other link, good background as I haven't read up on this stuff since the original brief was released.
