SCImago: journal & country Rankings
This website provides information on journal rankings using the SCImago Journal Rank (SJR) indicator, developed by SCImago( a research group from the University of Granada, Extremadura, Carlos III (Madrid) and Alcalá de Henares) it provides data on the visibility (impact and citation rankings) of titles in the Scopus database from 1996 to the present day. It therefore acts as a free alternative to the ISI Journal Citation Reports. It is possible to search the database by journal title, keyword, subject and country and to view online reports on citations and cited references. The site also offers the facility to generate graphs comparing nations and titles. Information on methodology is provided on the website. A wide range of scientific and social science subjects are covered ranging from economics, to media studies. However, coverage is generally stronger and more comprehensive in scientific and technical areas. Intute.ac.uk
