Decoding the East

Of all the places, flatmate and our friend got hijacked right outside the glassdoor inside our complex. 3 guys gunpointed at flatmate.Police arrived 5 minutes later. (Which was the third time we see that same police officer in 2 months.First time, when flatmate's car was crashed by a friend; second time when he was checking my drivers liscence in BP rondebosch; and this time, of course, to try and track those there hijackers down.)

Our neighbour's car was taken, flatmate's house keys and car keys were taken. Luckily no one was hurt.

What are the chances of getting a stolen car back???

Anyone good at stress management + time management??
