The Women and Politics in Asia Forum
provides a network for dialogue and cooperation amongst researchers,
practitioners and other stakeholders working in the field of gender and
politics in Asian nations. Its website provides free access to
information on its organisation and events. It includes some full text
conference papers (largely covering the period 2003-2005). Topics
covered by these include sexual discrimination and the experiences of
women politicians in Asian countries, women and political participation
and quotes in elections.
