The short documentary
“Hear Us – Women Affected by Political Violence in
Zimbabwe Speak Out” focuses on the human rights violations experienced by
women in Zimbabwe as a result of political violence. The film features four
women who have come forward to demand justice and assistance from the
Inclusive Government and the Southern Africa Development Community. Through
telling their stories they reveal the enduring effects of politically
motivated violence on the women of Zimbabwe and their families.
