  1. Sharp, very sharp;-) On same website however (in small print at the foot of the page), there are "Terms and Conditions". Retroid was on the button with his wish list - Right there alongside the Terms and Conditions was a "Wish list" link. Seems it's empty for now... Posted by Transplant_Ed 03 Jul 2008, 12:39
  2. Why should the wishlist remain empty? Given HR's budget for carpeting and decor, I'm sure we could manage something - a few scatter cushions for those who come last to Senate meetings and have to stand in the doorway, perhaps; or a throw to toss over the VC's throne; some of those funky cocktail stirrers for the plastic coffee they serve at meetings; or perhaps some fluffy towels to augment the loud, ineffectual power-guzzling hand-dryers? 4. Oh, and a complete non-sequitur: if one drives to Pinelands (where 1/2 of UCT academic staff seem to live), one sees off to the left towards Vincent Pallotti, the sign "Rotary Gold Driving Range". I didn't know they made rotary Golfs...B-) Posted by also notmartin 10 Jul 2008, 12:00
