What A Beautiful World We Live In..Or Is It?!

i have always wanted to have the perfect life with the adoring husband, 6 children and with all the perks that come with success.. but a coupla weeks ago while listening to shath i had some what of a reality check..is it possible to have the perfect life when the world has so many problems.. it scares me to think that i wanted to bring 6 innocent children into this scary world..

so after listening to shath and his reasons for not even wanting children..reasons included the crime, the poverty, the over-population etc etc i was still some what sure on the idea of having lots of children. but then i came home one day and switched on the telly to be blessed with the luck of catching linken parks new video..

this video, for who ever has seen it..is quite touching. maybe it was because i was extremely emotional thanks to it being that time of the month (periods).. but the video got me all teary eyed.. showing war and how people suffer. it is shocking to see what is happening around the world. it just clicked there and then, do i really want to bring innocent children into such a world..i know it might sound quite pessimistic of me, but really me as a mother wanting to protect her children from harm.. i already wish i can only have sons, coz i am in fear that a daughter will fall victom to being taken advantage of, be raped..given aids.. omg am i being pessimistic or realistic..hmmm shit i guess only time will tell hey.
