This blog serves as a platform for the exchange of ideas in the field public international law. This includes a wide range of fields and topics, from Human Rights Law to International Criminal Law to Environmental Law. Any idea or concept that is presented on this platform does not claim to be 100 % correct or not questionable. It is quite the opposite, we encourage our writers to post ideas that are questionable or not detailed enough to make it into a journal article yet. We, the editors team, are predominantly postgraduate law students of the University of Cape Town from all over the world. There will definitely be some mistakes be made on the first steps that this blog will take. We ask for your patience and feedback.
