This section includes the account of experience of the palliative care team in dealing with patients and family members ever since the beginning of Palliative Care OPD at Sekgoma Memorial Hospital, Serowe , Botswana.

The names and the identity of the patients have been hidden in order to protect the  privacy.On average the team sees 2 patients each OPD and the OPD are held the second and the last Thursday every month.
